2014 Anywhere Theatre Festival Frankston Partners (22 Aug – 6 Sep 2014)

Anywhere Theatre Festival Frankston is all about people and organisations working together to showcase the talent and creativity in Frankston. Frankston City Council strives to achieve its vision of being a sustainable regional capital on the Bay – vibrant, inclusive and a natural lifestyle choice by actively supporting innovative economic and community development via the arts, tourism, festivals and events. Council recognises that they play an important role in generating community pride and connectedness whilst providing cultural and vibrant activity for residents and visitors to enjoy.

The Frankston Arts Centre plays host to approximately one quarter of a million visitors annually and is renowned for its variety of theatre, visual arts, cultural programs and arts opportunities from local, national and international artists. The FAC’s mission is to provide and inspire creative experiences that strive for positive community participation and engagement.

The Edge ( is an online arts network that offers a one stop shop for local artists, arts related activity, events and opportunities. Developed for those passionate about the arts, The Edge is for individual artists of all genres, arts organisations, community groups, venues, galleries, arts businesses and arts and culture lovers to activate new connections and aid participation in the arts.

EastLink is the quickest and easiest way to travel between Melbourne and Frankston. EastLink has the largest sculpture park in Australia, with a dozen public artworks set within 480 hectares of landscaping.
